Part 1 of Episode 3: I wake up the next afternoon with a splitting headache. To my horror, I find Shu Xiaoshuang sleeping on top of me. Just then, the bedroom door opens and Zhang Yue walks in. My mind goes blank, fearing I did something terrible while drunk. They both laugh and tell me I slept like a dead man and nothing happened. Zhang Yue is in a good mood and gives me a day off. Before leaving for work, she cleans the entire apartment and warns me not to get into trouble while she's away. Xiaoshuang also wakes up and turns bright red as she remembers telling me last night that she still likes me. She wants to hide from the embarrassment. I ask what they talked about last night, and she glares at me, saying they discussed whether they should just kill me in my sleep. My spine goes cold. I vow never to touch alcohol again. The afternoon sun fills the room, and I stand behind Xiaoshuang, helping her fix her hair, feeling like I've gone back in time. She invites me to a movie, but I decline, saying it's my first day at work and I want to make a good impression. She's annoyed but then reveals that she owns the entire building and tells me to knock on the apartment opposite if I ever need her. I'm stunned by her wealth.
